What is the Prime Tickets refund policy?

All sales are final unless the event is cancelled or significantly changed. If you purchased tickets for an event that has been cancelled by the organiser, you are entitled to a full refund of the face value. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the cancellation announcement.
